On of the perks of working in a bar is the free pint after my shift. This is the Bourbon Barrel Stout from O’Dell Brewing. It’s an Imperial Stout that has been aged four months in bourbon barrels and it’s absolutely delicious! There is a nice malty/coffee taste initially, and then hints of bourbon in the aftertaste.
